Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will provide a free replacement. Approved replacement orders are typically delivered within 20 days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued if the item is defective and a replacement is not available. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund claim, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify issues quickly and protects both the customer and GLXZY from fraudulent claims.
